We are a Mother and Daughter on a qwest together to lose weight and make a lifelong commitment to remain healthy. We are entering the Biggest Loser Million Pound Match-up so that we have motivation to get healthy together. We're going to manage to do this through working out, changing the way we eat and making a life-long change in our lives. Motivating one another throughtout is going to be the biggest key to our success. We are determined to be honest with each other, because we love each other. No matter how painful it may be sometimes in this qwest to be healthy. We will know we have one another to count on and be there for. If we win this challenge, it will stay our goal to keep being honest, to keep in shape. Life is too short to be unhealthy. We are starting our commitment TODAY!!
